Welcome to Voltyzen! The terms "we" and "our" refer to Voltyzen, which operates the store voltyzen.com (the "Services") through the Shopify platform. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your country of residence. You agree to provide accurate and complete information (email, billing, payment, delivery) and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

ARTICLE 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We present our products as faithfully as possible. Colours may vary depending on your screen. Descriptions and availability may change at any time; we may withdraw a product from sale or limit quantities.

ARTICLE 3 – USE OF ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS

Use our products in accordance with their instructions: suitable charger and cable, no exposure to water or excessive heat (unless otherwise stated), no opening or modification. Used batteries and end-of-life devices must be taken to an appropriate collection point. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Voltyzen may accept or refuse an order; it is accepted once confirmed by email and payment has been received. Your purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and to the right of withdrawal applicable to European Union customers.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices and promotions may change without notice; the price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order. Prices are shown in CHF or EUR depending on your delivery country. For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties or import VAT may apply and are the recipient's responsibility. You warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

ARTICLE 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery generally takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control. Risk passes in accordance with applicable law, subject to mandatory rules protecting EU consumers.

ARTICLE 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and their content (brand, logo, text, images, videos) are the property of Voltyzen or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

ARTICLE 8 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

The Services may offer third-party tools or links that we do not control. They are provided "as is" and you use them at your own risk.

ARTICLE 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Voltyzen uses the Shopify platform. Every sale is concluded directly with Voltyzen; Shopify is not a party to the sales.

ARTICLE 10 – PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 11 – REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you send us reviews, ideas or suggestions, you grant us the right to use and publish them. You warrant that they do not infringe any third-party rights and do not contain any unlawful content.

ARTICLE 12 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

The Services may contain errors (prices, descriptions, availability). We may correct them and, if necessary, cancel an affected order, in which case you will be refunded in full.

ARTICLE 13 – PROHIBITED USES

It is prohibited to use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or to harm others, to transmit malicious code, to collect other people's data or to circumvent our security measures.

ARTICLE 14 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services in the event of a breach of these Terms.

ARTICLE 15 – WARRANTIES

EU consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects; customers in Switzerland benefit from the legal warranty provided by the Swiss Code of Obligations. These guarantees apply independently of these Terms. Subject to these rights, the Services are provided "as is".

ARTICLE 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Voltyzen is not liable for indirect damages (loss of data, revenue, etc.). Nothing herein limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ARTICLE 17 – SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If a clause is found to be unenforceable, the others remain in force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

ARTICLE 18 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud (Switzerland), subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of residence, who retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.

ARTICLE 19 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION (EU CUSTOMERS)

Before taking any further steps, contact us at contact@voltyzen.com: we always look for an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, EU consumers can contact the European Consumer Centre of their country free of charge.

ARTICLE 20 – CHANGES

We may change these Terms at any time; the current version is published on this page. Orders remain governed by the version in force at the time of purchase.
