Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times
On average, allow 8 to 15 business days depending on your area. Times may vary depending on availability and the period (holidays, high demand).

Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your parcel is shipped.

Prices, taxes and customs
Our prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). For orders delivered outside Switzerland (France, Belgium, EU), any customs duties, import VAT or processing fees may be applied by local authorities upon receipt of the parcel. These fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.
