Shipping policy

Shipping costs
Shipping is free to Switzerland and the European Union (France, Belgium and other EU countries), with no minimum order.

Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.

Delivery time
Allow 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on your area. Delivery times may vary during busy periods (holidays, sales).

Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel ships.

Late or missing parcel
If your parcel hasn't arrived 20 business days after dispatch, write to us: we'll check with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, we'll resend it or refund you.

Prices, taxes and customs
Our prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR) depending on your delivery country. For orders delivered outside Switzerland, customs duties, import VAT or handling fees may be charged by local authorities on receipt. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Delivery address
Please double-check your address before confirming your order. If you notice a mistake, write to us as soon as possible: we can correct it as long as the parcel hasn't left.
