At Voltyzen, your satisfaction is our priority. If a problem occurs with your order, we are here to help.
Reporting a problem
If your product arrives damaged, defective or non-compliant, contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@voltyzen.com, with a photo or video of the problem. This allows us to process your request quickly, without requiring a return.
Refund or replacement
Depending on the situation, we will offer you a replacement shipment or a full refund. Refunds are made using the same payment method, within 14 days of acceptance of your request.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you reside in the European Union, you have an additional legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to justify your decision.
To exercise it, write to us at contact@voltyzen.com or use the form below. We will refund all amounts paid no later than 14 days after receipt of your request, using the same payment method.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused.
