Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. Here's how we handle returns and refunds at Voltyzen.

30-day money-back guarantee (all customers, including Switzerland)
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, no questions asked. Write to us at contact@voltyzen.com with your order number and we'll tell you what to do next. The item must be complete (accessories, cables, manual), in good condition and in its original packaging. Depending on the product, we may either ask you to return it (return shipping at your expense) or issue the refund without a return.

Defective, damaged or incorrect item
If you receive an item that doesn't work, is damaged or differs from your order, contact us at contact@voltyzen.com with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. After checking, we'll send you a new product free of charge or refund you in full, shipping included. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.

Error or parcel not received
If your parcel doesn't arrive within the stated time or in case of an error on our part, write to us at contact@voltyzen.com. We'll find a solution quickly (resend or refund).

Refunds
Once your request is approved, the refund is made to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation by email.

What isn't covered
Damage caused by a drop, water (unless the product is advertised as waterproof), misuse, an unsuitable charger or modification of the product isn't covered by our commercial guarantee. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Statutory right of withdrawal (European Union customers: France, Belgium, etc.)
In addition to our 30-day guarantee, if you live in the European Union you have a statutory period of 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason. To exercise it, write to us at contact@voltyzen.com or use the form below. We'll refund all amounts paid (including standard shipping costs) no later than 14 days after receiving your request, using the same payment method. Depending on the product, we may either ask you to return it or issue the refund directly without a return.

Legal warranty
Independently of the right of withdrawal, European Union consumers benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Customers in Switzerland benefit from the legal warranty provided by the Swiss Code of Obligations. If you have a problem, contact us at contact@voltyzen.com.
